This solution consists of providing the Mawaqit firmware pre-installed on Raspberry PI 4 with all the necessary accessories: this allows you to plug it directly into the screen of your mosque and synchronize the display with your mosque ID to benefit from all the advantages of this firmware

The use of Raspberry PI 4 makes it possible to control the screen directly by the firmware: turn off the screen outside the times of presence at the mosque and automatically turn on before prayer time

The mawaqit app is compatible with Alexa and Home assistant for use: smart home or smart mosque

The solution is composed of:

Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Original UK pre-installed by Mawaqit firmware:

Before synchronisation , you need to register and add your mosque or home on website.

Log in and register your mosque, bring two photos of the mosque (exterior / interior) and a proof of the existence of the mosque (like an Energy bill). For Muslim countries where the energy is often paid for by the authorities of the 

Prayer times synchronization method:

Start the raspberry pi and connect a USB keyboard and mouse to it.

Minimize the Mawaqit window with the F11 key on your keyboard

Connect it to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable), you can use your smartphone shared internet. This is needed only for the synchronization step and will not be needed after.

Synchronize the Mawaqit app with your account, let yourself be guided on the Mawaqit window

After validating the synchronization form you will see your Mawaqit prayer times display. Finally press F11 key to maximize the Mawaqit window.
